Finally took a look at this thread. Fun. Here's Rock Harbor on Cape Cod. Note the scallop boat named in the spirit of Provincetown at the tip of the cape and the far eastern terminus of US Route 6. The Puritans called it Helltown in the 1600s, as it was a haven for pirates and continuous carousing, drinking, gambling and smuggling. And if you go up there this week for Carnival you'll surely feel puritanical yourself! P-Town was the original landing spot of the Mayflower, where they stayed for a few months and signed the Mayflower Compact before pushing on to Plymouth, encouraged by the local Nauset indians, who flung arrows and stones at them at First Encounter Beach, near where I live and garage my Guzzis.

And yes I know that is almost as bad as watching golf but at least every once in a while somebody in a car that doesn't understand physics gets hit by a train and that livens things up.

Hungry little flying mammals!!

They are good because they eat 200-600 insects "EACH" per night!! - - - including "SKEETERS!!"
