I know you say it's not photoshopped, but in looking at the image up close, there sure do appear to be some odd artifacts.  I could go on and on, but I'd bet money on image editing for this one.

there was just a segment on Good Morning America about her.  with the exception of a boob job and makeup she's for real.

This is becoming a bit of an issue, especially in Japan. Many of the women change their appearance thru  hours of makeup application, wigs, etc, but others are beginning to have plastic surgeries to permanently alter their appearance. The eyes alone can be altered via oversized contact lenses, which are considered very dangerous by ophthalmologist. There are even videos on YouTube of these radical transformations.

Clearly a  psychological abnormality.
Very disturbing, and not for the easily amazed & astounded.

That's right.  Don't be so cynical.  Sheeze.  By the way, we do not know for sure if this is NGC.  She likes bikes and she MAY ride a Guzzi !  Have you seen her bike wear ?

Poor little thing also likes to swim but can't find a warm sandy beach in Russia. Nothing but old rocks there. Her dream is to come to florida and lay on the sand.

I agree.  It's not cynicism, just realism.   Just a minor bit of photo retouching and adjusting and lighting, and you can radically change someone's appearance.

Like Barbara Walters.   Towards the end when she was still on regular TV, they only filmed her in light SO faint and pink that it was almost infrared.   If you'd put her in regular light with no makeup, she'd have come apart like the guy who drank from the wrong Grail .....

"Individuals having Oriental eyes and sleepy eyes usually opt for an Asian blepharoplasty or double eyelid surgery. Very often, the reasons for this particular plastic surgery procedure are purely cosmetic.

Christopher Johnson, a student, has taken the regular Asian blepharoplasty a step further and got himself a pair of anime eyes. Anime is a very popular style of the Japanese comic book and video art form of manga. The characters are characterized by their eyes, which are doe-eyed and larger than average.

While it is not impossible for plastic surgery to fashion such a look, it is certainly counted an extreme procedure. The cosmetic procedure required colored lenses to be inserted into Johnson's eyes, without which there was a danger of them falling off.

While Johnson may not have been alone in wishing for anime features (it does have a large cult following), the pursuit of such an extreme method of physical alteration can at best be viewed with caution.

At the Plastic Surgery Institute of California we review the emotional as well as physical health of a patient before recommending a surgical procedure. While we keep an open mind fore new plastic surgery procedures, we are conservative in our views of patient safety, which is always given first preference."

I know. I hate to be critical of someones looks, but that is a little creepy to me. Hopefully someone loves her though, and maybe that's all that matters.

I wonder if she actually has any genitalia; maybe she's just smooth down there, kind of like the Michael Jackson doll in the SNL Eddie Murphy sketch.

Ribs removed?  Won't that lessen the ability to breathe?  And incidentally make her feel like a bag of jello in a hug.

Considering that marketable looks are only marketable for a few years, it seem a really wasteful thing to have done.

The scary thing is that there are doctors who will do that sort of thing if you pay them enough.

Well I don't mind saying I would not run her off if she was in my bedroom... She is different looking, but I don't mind. If she didnt have the crazy make up on along with the skimpy clothes, she would probably look fine.
