  When I rode my Guzzi in the rain, it was water cooled.  Just move to Seattle.

Yeah, it's called a Honda CX500 or CX650. early 1980s. The CX650 would dust any 850 Guzzi.... had both....

There was a "Son of a Beach" part time sea water cooled model, but it got carried away in the back wash, unfortunately.

?? He was here a few minutes ago.

Without Piaggio there would be no Guzzi. So don`t not like them too much.

Yeah, the CX650 was it. Naturally, infinite wisdom kicked in and Honda went elsewhere. With the power they were getting out of the CX650, one can only imagine what they'd have in 750 or 1000/1200 cc form. Civilized drangsters capable of touring continents.

I had the CX500 and it was a wonderful little machine. Mine had the Darth Vader headlight cover but running down the road it felt satisfying. Someone around here was selling a CX650 Turbo about a year ago and I waited one day too long to jump. :-[

I gather they spun the clutch in the opposite direction to the motor to minimize the torque reaction.

Way too civilised! ;) ;D

I understand, yes I do.  But . . . . let Moto Guzzi loose some, no ape will be threatened, I promise!  ~;
