Anyone else having trouble logging into Harpers web site? Very slow and failure to load pages.

We are experiencing technical issues with the website hosting company.
Hopefully it will fixed today

Have been on with hosting company this morning. (Fortunately they speak English) Due to the size of the site since Alice has been diligently to get pics uploaded and with all the newer products, we are moving to a cloud based server. I really don't know a lot about what that means, but in the end we are supposed to have a lot more space to serve you guys better, and faster. SO please be patient with us as we are trying to stay with the times and make improvements. You can always log in to Harper's directly at 816.697.3411.

OK, I have managed to get things moved over to a new server. Four days into this and lessons I really did not want to learn. ANYWAY, hopefully things will start to comeback for you soon. All of the redirects, name changes and yaddayadda have been done. I am hoping for 100 orders online again on monday.

http://www.webhostinghub.com/ (for personal/hobby type stuff)

http://www.networksolutions.com (for work)

Both have been great. For your business, I'd go with network solutions. They've been around a little longer. They offer Windows and Unix platforms depending on your site's needs.

Edit: I want to add that their support on both sites is US based, and have been very quick and easy to deal with any issues I've had.
