OK, any old abandoned establishment.
This isn’t hard.
No shortage of abandoned storefronts in Northeast PA, unfortunately I don't have a smartphone and I'm not going to carry a camera with me. Love the tag-o-rama idea though.
Next will be a cool old storefront that has been closed, but shouldn’t because it looks so cool. Wide range of possibilities here. This one is the old General Mercantile in Moreland Ga. Finally a day under 90 degrees to ride.
Just to show you I was looking.. Mr. Happy burger.. a place to go for 50 years or so. Victim of fast food chains..
Nice shot and a beautiful machine. Nice to get some others involved!
Aye!
They aren't that hard to find Chuck. I don't think you need to water it down. There are lot's of muffler men and women still standing, most likely just in US though. I think it's ok if it takes days to find, but sooner or later a giant will pop up, I know were to find one, but it will take me till next week to get there! If someone beats me great, if not, I think you'll like what I find.
Decided I needed to make a prop hub for a homebuilt airplane, so ran to my material supplier about an hour away. Naturally, I took the freighter.. While they were cutting the aluminum, I ran up town to see if I could find a tag. Hmm, a nice mural, but we've done that.Started home, and stopped at a Muffler Man. These boys were born in California, and have migrated all over the country. Originally, they held mufflers out, and were at.. ta da.. muffler shops. They've fallen onto hard times, though, and will be found selling about anything now.https://www.roadsideamerica.com/story/37422This is a "Bunyan" type for the tag. I realize there aren't muffler men in other countries, so *any* unusual roadside attraction would be fine.Hey, Kidsmoke.. there used to be one in Indy.. maybe still is?Oh, the prop hub? Here it is.. some assembly required.
Looks more like some DISassembly required.
