cam flange torque value?

for some reason the value for the torque setting is blank in the workshop manual for my '78 lemans.  anyone have a good number?  found this in my g5 manual:



can you drive a car with salvage title

Yes, it's in 750S/850T book at 7ftlbs or 1 in metric crap.
