Ukraine Salute
« on: May 18, 2022, 06:39:22 PM »
I ordered this a couple weeks ago when I was feeling especially humbled by the Ukrainian people. It is supposed to be a motorcycle license for Kiev fire and rescue. If it isn't, don't tell me because I don't want to know. At least the money went to someone in Ukraine.

I wonder if the CHP will pull me over.

I thought this was a 'no politics' forum.

FWIW, Arizona does not require a front license plate on cars. My friend put one of those european plates on the front of his BMW some years back, I think it was a German plate, he bought on ebay. The Arizona state troopers pulled him over and gave him a citation for fictitious plate. Cop told him it screws up their automatic plate reading equipment on their patrol cars.

I don't see anything political at all in this post. The word Ukraine is not political.

I don't see anything political at all in this post. The word Ukraine is not political.

An explicit statement of support for a foreign country, including a display of their flag, is inherently, incontrovertibly political.

If you like, I can play that game from the other side.
