Benvenuti a Tutti (Welcome All)

Come join the us in Interlaken, Michigan September 9-11 for our 15th annual Guzzi Rally.
We have a beautiful ride planned on Saturday through Northwestern Lower Michigan's' world famous splendor. Nearby is Sleeping Bear Dunes considered one of the finest of our National Parks.

I'm not sure hiw many have heard if Cyclemoore
Steve Moore (flat track racer from way back) has his motorcycle repair shop and cycle campground in Interlaken and has hosted hundreds of bike/camp/rallys over the last 30 years.
A great guy and wonderful family atmosphere... and ge always supplies free soft serve for his rally patrons.

There are some motel, hotel, cabins in the area. But Google Interlochen as oppose to Interlaken

There are many accomodations within 10 miles of
Interlochen. Traverse City just a 15 minute ride north is a huge tourist mecca and has scores of hotels and restaruants.
Local cabin rentals are an option...nearest hotel/motels are 5 miles east at Chums Corners or
10 miles west in the town of Honor.

If you would like specific recomendations please ask.

Hoping to rent a cabin for Friday and Saturday but can't find anything on google. If you could give me the name of a place or two that has cabins near by that would be really great. I'm not a fan of big cities so stay away from Travers please.

The "Tunnel of Trees" or M119 should be pretty close to where the rally is being held correct? I can't seem to find it in my atlas?

The Tunnel of Trees I am familier with is farther north... Old dixie hwy near Cross Village...about 70 miles north of Interlochen.

Randy is setting up a spectacular Saturday ride with lunch stop :)

Found some about 2 miles from the camp ground. I'll reserve one of them this Friday. Any idea how many bikes will be there?

This has always been a good rally. I am certain the new crew will do a fabulous job. I have a commitment for that weekend (military reunion in AL) or I would be there also.

Reserved the cabin today, they still have some open. Ellis lake resort. Only 2 miles from the camp ground. Hope to see you all there.

Seems like your keeping all that rain down south for us, thanks.
And yes rain or shine we will have our lunch ride through beautiful rolling hills at lake shore...but I prefer not to have the rain for next weekend.
