Get a pair of the Speedhut gauges if you want to do away with those annoying cables, don't forget to add the Guzzi logo and go with the rear reset buttons

Sorry I was looking at the post on my cell. I didn't see the reference to Speedhut.

Why is my name on that envelope? Is that what you're gonna use to send me cash donations for consulting fees?

Yes, you are the only Curtis in my life : )  Actually that's a incorrect throttle cable you shipped me 7 or 8 years ago that I never returned.  :boozing:

And you probably already know this, but just in case, they will shorten the GPS antenna wire to 12 inches ( for an extra $10) and I'd recommend getting the remote button control instead of having it in the front glass. Probably add a little bit of water resistance.

Yes, the Speedhut tach is great. Also go with the remote button, because you'll only need it once to set up the correct pulse. Works great!

I used a Koso dash picked up on ebay and made a bracket to fit the yolks. The koso unit is well made but the instructions were a pain to follow. I eventually calibrated it by trial and error using my phone with a gps speed app. It only cost me £50. I suspect the previous owner didnt have the patience to get it working properly. Now if I had the funds the Speedhut units look great.
