The front brakes on my '12 Stelvio have started to pulse at low speed stops. It's a PITA. Having had similar problems in the past I tried the normal cure of spinning the buttons with an allen head bolt. That's when I discovered that one button was in the process of losing the wave washer that lives on the inboard side of the button. How do these come apart? If they are pressed and peened, as it appears, I guess I have to drill the darn thing out and then replace it. Any suggestions?
FWIW, I still have a full set of replacement buttons left over from a Ducati Multistrada project. Those are held in place by a clip, now wave washer.
