I apologize in advance for no photo (there are some good ones in the listing), but for the ultimate in rarity of modern day guzzis, I think this would be a contender.
I'm still kicking myself for passing on a V50/V35? TT for small money, close by a few years back, these models are rarely seen for sale.

If you like it buy it, they are as good as any new V7. I modified 2 of them to go from N.ILL to Rio, Brazil and back. They made the trip w/no problems cept hitting a dog. One had saddle tanks mounted on triple tree for extra fuel the other had an NTX fuel tank at 8 1/2 gal.

Hey Steve, That's very impressive, tks for sharing that.
I automatically wrote it off, mainly because of the high price, and it's an extremely long drive through the bush of northern Ontario to Thunder Bay.
The rarity of parts is scary too, but I'm wondering if stuff like u joints, brakes, clutch, cables, bearings etc would be the same as other models?
I've already got a DR650, I like the feel of big singles; would this V65TT be similar in feel, weight, power, gearing, height etc, (the height of my DR650 is a negative for me).
I know nothing of the model, ie valves, ignition, fueling etc, I'll be searching for my copy of guzziology to see what Dave Richardson has on it.
tks

exept for the bodywork virtualy all the parts of the TT are based on other guzzi models, swingarm from the customs, gearbox and clutch from the v50,
your DR650 is a lot more capable of road, the rear suspension of the tt is pretty limited.
but in town and on back roads it is a brilliant bike, easy to throw around.
its more a supermoto than a off road
not so good:
the stock exhaust system was useless so was the front brake.

The one's I worked on got pipes, no airbox, carb rejetting. Got them to scatt pretty good, not for the purist at all.

There was one at the National rally. Won “Best Guzzi Small block” in the bike show. It’s a rare bird, so is that price really out of line? Think not.

I'd love to have one of those. If I remember correctly, Guzzi only brought 24 of them to the US. I don't know how many Canada got, unless those 24 include those going to Canada.

Somebody had one at the NH Nat'l Rally. Would be a nice addition to anyone's collection.
