Some related Guzzi content of Skippy lounging in the sun in late summer 2014:

And a bittersweet but cute post-bath pic of his sister Serena on the left (RIP last October from lymphoma), and Skippy on the right:

I love dogs. Had one who was at least half coyote. Wonderful friend. Aren't they all furry miracles?

I have found no better canine companion than a male standard schnauzer. Bix is my 3rd one.

I LOVE a dog thread.  Here is our Sheepie as a puppy.  She is 9yrs old now.  Still acts like a puppy.

Just one more.  Oni was 4 when we got her.  A "rescue" from the breeder as the first owners divorced and returned her.  Here's one of her first days with us last March.  A lovely and well behaved girl.  This breed bonds heavily with their owners and after a 5 hour drive to retrieve her, she was "MY" dog.  She totally ignored the rest of the family for months.  All's well now!

Just got this pup 2 months ago.Zoe and is a handful. Besides English Setter there is something else in here cause she is going to be small. Maybe some terrier but whatever it is she is very active, smart, esp. athletic for her age  and an extra dose of stubbornness to good measure.

Beautiful Dogs all. They are as good as it gets.
Red Rider, Zoe is a beaut. I'm partial to setters.

to that end, many of you may know Brittanys were re-classified 20 or so years ago as Setters, no longer Spaniels. Genome advances and all that.

Here's Bo at the office last night. 11 years old, but put a ball or a bird in front of him and you would never guess.
