Looks like a good way for someone with a shop and a clear calendar to get into the small-block business!

A person nearby should show up with a truck and some cash fanned out and try it on .... !

The V65C I posted a few days ago was only $850 and had a title. It was a better deal IMO. But several members here seemed to think $850 was still to much, blah, blah, blah.

Part of that is just normal Guzzisti cheapness.   I could be selling an as-new 2016 Stelvio with 50 miles on it for $4,000, and someone would offer me $3,500 for it.

On the other hand, on older bikes (as has been said many times here) "Sometimes 'free' is too expensive!"   Depends on the condition of the bike.   This one and the one that Charlie mentions look to be in good enough shape that it wouldn't need twice the book value of the bike to get it on the road, but not all of them are like that ... !

I am more than half tempted.  Last year I refurbed a V50 III for a fellow and that little rig really impressed me on the couple of test rides I took it out on.  Oddly enough, this one also had the electronic ignition and new carbs.  Ran great when I got through with it.

Just for reference, this is what the V 50 III could look like.

Ciao,
Rob

Yeah, the Mark III is the same as the Monza with upright seating. If I were needing a parts bike, I'd be on it like a duck on a june bug..

I could use it but the 1st 4 thousand miles would be a problem.
