NEW** 1100SS
« on: February 10, 2021, 06:24:13 PM »
Heres a new project we've been working on. Customer brought in his 99 Jackal and turned it into this! Custom Matris front suspension, Wilbur rear racing shocks, Excel wheels done by Buchanans, TP clip on handlebars, V7 tank and seat, T3 side covers, custom exhaust. The list goes on. Goes off to paint soon

Looks nice!  Is that a modern V7 tank??  Seems to fit vary well. Seat and tank kind of gives a vibe of a modern V7 with a extended swingarm. When I was shopping for a old Guzzi this was my plan, because the cal 1100 models being so affordable..  I ended up finding a low mile, WAYYYY clean cal stone metal, that I can not tear up..  One day I might look for one not as clean to mod.

Great looking build.  Please post more pics and details.  The seat and tank fit together very nicely.

Looks great !

Definitely more details and pics  please!

I’m trying to get rid of my floor boards on my jackal / Lemans mashup -
Your setup seems like it keeps the stock jackal side stand stop -  if I remember  correctly I was going to have to cut mine stop off for the shift lever to fit.  How’d you manage that!

I’d love to see the details on how you all mounted the seat and tank too

Keep up the great work!

Here is the final product:

Mark did a fantastic job.

A lot of subtle changes that narrowed / shortened the bike.

The proportions are really something else especially in person.
