A CHURCH CAMP!......

May 5, 2020. CNN. 4:20pm. "Local and national authorities are perplexed by a rash of countrywide trespassing incidents ar church camps. "There seems to be some sort of tag game going on with old guys, red suspenders, and motorcycles. We can't seem to figure it out. Most have gone home after their wife bailed them out and scolded them"

See the road in the photo? Main road, no "trespassing" involved. I would think the situation is the same in many areas. If it's too tough for you, then let someone else grab it.

And new tag.

Covered Bridge.

And the game worked exactly as intended. I had to go down a back road, and another, to find that church camp.

Then, I went down a previously unridden road and found a bridge that I had no idea even existed.

Well...I Figured one of the East coast guys would get this one, but I got lucky today and found a Red Covered Bridge to match the Red Griso!

Next tag: a statue of a famous political
Figure...this one is Sam Houston

Right!  I’ll be ‘avin that then.

This is George and Tom at Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania.

And if you heard some unearthly cursing around 11:00 EST it's because trying to find one's way around these Pennsylvania towns can be a right pain in the ass.  Construction.  Streets without signs.  One way streets.  Streets that curve and wend around hillsides and do NOT go the way you would expect them to when you turn onto them.

I admit to some out-loud filthy cursing.  Modular helmet and I forgot that the front was flipped up.  Sorry pedestrians, I really wasn't cursing at you.

And new tag.

A Roadhouse.

Edit for clarity:

OK.  To put the kibosh on any questions I looked up road house:

road·house
/ˈrōdˌhous/
Learn to pronounce
noun
noun: roadhouse; plural noun: roadhouses

a tavern, inn, or club on a country road.

So-- alcohol and food on a country road.  No strip malls.  No chains.  Preferably a standalone structure but doesn't have to be.

Rinky Dinks is famous for it's steaks and has been around on route 19 in PA for a long time.  Since 19 was the main north/south route on this part of the east coast.

Nicely done Fish!

Was at a roadhouse on Saturday, but not on the motorcycle...took the sports car for a spin with my wife and son.  Damn fine burgers and fries...

I'm sure the retired folks can grab a Tag during the week...I have to work!

Was thinking my next tag will be find anything next to a Scura...might get Chuck to post up a new pic!  :)

Thanks, but I think you now hold the record for fastest tag.

The only benefit that I see to being furloughed/fired unloved and unwanted is that I have some time to ride.   :weiner:

 :bike-037: :afro:

Have to set the harley TPS on the Jackal, though.  In-town riding is a pain with the bucking and popping.  Well, I now have time for that, too.   :thumb:

OK,IT is a Roadhouse, but it does not stand alone as requested by John Fish since it has become part of the cliff. Here is the Undercliff Bar and Grill about a mile off old 71 highway South of Joplin, MO on old Saginaw Road. Once known for spaghetti when it was Frank and Bonny's and before that Bonnie and Clyde got gas here when it was a service station and the main road across S MO. Now it is the local 'nice' biker bar.
It has been seen on this forum before, but I don't know if it has been used as a tag.

Here is my new Tag for you to find.
It is a Patton Tank, good condition. Was running when parked...but any Land Based Armored Fighting Vehicle will do. NO SWAT Trucks or Artillery pieces.

Can anyone ID this tank?  I think it’s a Walker Bulldog but a friend is sure that it’s a Sheridan.

Tell me about your little wind screen.

Made from an old moped windscreen and some chrome-plated brass bar I had laying around. It was tall and kind of tombstone shaped, I masked it off and cut out the bit you see. Works well to keep the wind off my chest at 60+ without creating any buffeting.

Road side fireworks stand?
Not the big Phantom type stand alone permanent buildings, but rather a truck, tent some tables with sketchy explosives for sale.
