IAWMIUG3 Reader and Writer V0.05

Hi,

beetle doesn't liked my security restrictions for writing, which allowed only same HW versions.
I changed it a bit and allow now programming of files with the same bootloader.
If the bootloader of the file and the ECU differs, than the ECU definately get bricked.

The reader version is only for the upcoming GuzziDiag V0.48 wich allows starting of the corresponding reader and writer directly out of
GuzziDiag. The com port is also set automatically. For this it was needed to allow commandline parameters for all readers an writers.
