I just wonder if he is lethal in some way as most Aussie creatures seem to be. Teeth, venom, poison skin, nerve agent, or some other way of dealing death to the uninformed, ususpecting rube like me.

Thats a really good idea if he is fast enough...

Nah, he's just a tree frog, completely harmless.

Sadly we found the big Diamondback python, (Also harmless.) that had been patrolling Peter and Kerry's block and dealing with the possums quite effectively run over just up the street today. Why would you do that? They're pretty slow moving but he was a big bugger, couple of metres long and as thick as, well, not my thigh but a teenager's thigh. Easy to spot when crossing the road, (They've got bloody great yellow diamonds all over them! They stand out like dog's balls!). No need to hit him at all unless you're just a nasty, sadistic thug. Really pissed us all off.

Very nice ornament, Pete.

This one wasn't on the car, but he sure looks happy:

He was just outside my hop garden, looking in:

All things considered Jim, a hop garden would be the ideal place for a toad or frog.
