My friend and his wife are spending a month in Italty and I asked him to be on the lookout for Guzzis this is what he sent me this morning via whatsapp

From Sicily, that one.
I found there were strikingly few Guzzis in Rome.
In most of the rest of Italy, too.

I assumed he was still in Rome that day he sent the pic via whatsapp because he also sent pics of the coloseum maybe the owner was travelling .

Trastaverre neighborhood Rome is where that Guzzi sidecar rig spotted and you were correct it did come from Catania Sicily originally the tag has CT .

Maybe the rig belongs to a high-ranking mafioso. That sidecar must come in handy :wink:
Or, there's a man from Catania who hasn't been able to sell his beloved old Guzzi after moving to Rome, because of all the fond memories involved - straight out of Cinema Paradiso.
Any better suggestions? :grin:

My friend and his wife are touring Italy for a month starting in Rome he said he"d send me pics of any Guzzis he saw and so far that's the only one there is one pick he sent from same area a Ducati Multistrada with that goofy fairing
