That actually sounds like a great project Pete.
allow me to pile on a bit.man, did this bike sound good on that dyno video...
You can tell these pics were taken in Indiana, where else are you going to see grown motorcycle pilots wearing Overalls!!!
......The sound right then.. as Pete says, made a little wee come out. It *is* a bitchin engine, and gives me a grin every time I light it off.
Baggers.. meh. It used to be that I could take the bolt out of the left shock, rotate it back, pull the axle, and the wheel would fall out. Now that it has bags, the mounts intefere with doing that. I need to take out two more bolts that hold the caliper on. Still, the Lario is the easiest motorcycle to do maintenance on I've ever had.2016-05-17_06-45-45 by Charles Stottlemyer, on FlickrNormally, I balance the bare wheel and if the new tire has a dot, put it at the valve stem. I actually ordered new *red* valve stems to mess with Lucky Phil, but they were the wrong color of red. Went with chrome. Maybe that will do it.. <shrug>2016-05-17_05-29-48 by Charles Stottlemyer, on Flickr
You must have a really skinny tire on there, dawg..
On my V7's, I've found that deflating the tire helps get the tire past.
Oh, BTW, Kevin.. you're running the MT75 Blast tires aren't you? How do you like them?
