Stelvio Forks - Bits Missing

I've got a 2012 Stelvio with the 45mm forks.
Left seal blew so went in and changed it. The only problem being that the manual / parts manual have bits that I don't which is the "BUSHING" #27 in this drawing:



Now the forks (I dismantled both) don't have parts #23 and 25 either. But they're not in this drawing either:




Anyone got any thoughts on this?
