You Cornin V7 seat guys
« on: April 29, 2016, 09:40:10 AM »
I'm working on a Café style seat ala the Corbin seats.
Give me a bit of time to finish these up and I think you'll like it.  Options will include height and construction to match riders weight as well as stitching patterns and top cover materials.

Sure enough.

Still working right now on making seat pans.  First few turned out good but the process needs tweaking.  I'd really like to have some "off the shelf" seats ready to go so there is no waiting.

As for seats at the Bash, you can see a NORGE seat I made as I'll ride that bike up.  I may ride the V7 to the MA rally-this remains to be seen.  I need to take the bike back to Jim's and re-valve the front end-it's a bit too stiff.

Just sharing.  I changed my 2-up seat to this.  Like the look better than the stock 2-up.  I may be interested to see what we come up for here for a solo as well.  This one is in leather.  Not sure how it will stand up over time but I like the look with this bike.  I have mentioned in a few other posts that I will be hopefully installing my polished aluminum front/rear fenders on Fri.  Will post pics when I do.

That looks nice.  Well done.
B-150 series seat cover if you want to protect it from that sun.  303 treatment needed every month also as the UV down there is killer-not that you don't know that!  My sister lives there and we visit her to dive.

Thx......it is not outside except when being ridden...Garage at work and home.  Let us know when you have yours ready.  Would like a nice solo seat that I like as well.  This one was built on the stock Guzzi pan.

I'm looking for something similar. Where'd you get yours?

Thanks

Was kind of more than I wanted to spend.  Priced some in the states too and honestly was close to the same when you factored in using my own seat as a doner versus this one that was complete and just drop on.  Still expensive though.  The Mrs got it for my for my BDay.  :>

There is also a guy in spain that makes some awesome stuff too.  His shipping was very high and the guy I bought this from was half or about $55 euro to the east coast of the US.

His site is here.  You need to mail him to discuss purchasing.
