Swapping 4 piston Brembos on my Cali 1100 using Guzzipower 65mm adapters ( Thanks Ed!) and so far the only additional mod needed seems to be the re-position of the angle of the rear brace (on the front fender) to allow for the 4P calipers to clear. Thought about using the Cal 3 fender brace which has a bit of an arc, but I am not sure it would help. Pics will be upcoming as I make a bit more progress. For the snapping suspender types who love their P08 calipers they can go on and enjoy them, however, my old Cali EV with 4P calipers was a better stopper than this carbie 1100 so that is the criteria for the mod. Of course this falls in the category of why does a dog licks its b**ls, but If anyone has done it and has other nuggets of wisdom, please feel free to chime in. Cheers

Enjoy. Just not sure you will gain any stopping advantage with all that brake on the rear wheel.

Point well taken . Just forgot to add that the rear brace I was referring to is on the front fender.( corrected post) As per the rear, y'all are right. Never did think the rear brake on my Cali Hydro Ev is any better than a F08, if anything I went through more brake pads.

I recently made the swap on my T. GuzziPower adapters. It fits like a glove and stops like Whoa Nelly!

I like that. Every time I ride the Ducati I become tempted to do that to my LeMans and SP. Actually I really need to do something about the GS. After riding my other bikes an then ride the GS I often wonder if the dame thing is going to stop. ::(

I just removed the rear fender support when I did mine some 20,000 miles ago. No issues to date with the fender

Have you just tried more agressive pads?
When I tried HH pads on my 94 California, it went from spongy, to being about like jamming a pipe in the spokes. :o
