I spent a long 4 or 5 hours there a couple of years ago on a Saturday. Started with a test ride on a V7II, then they cracked open a crate for me, revealing a V7III Anniversario. I wrote a check (or credit card, bank transfer - I don't recall), browsed the inventory for hours, and then rode away on it. They were certainly accommodating for an out of towner.
Lots of bikes in stock and they seemed nice. Haven't needed to go back...

Ditto.
Gene is the service manager. He comes from the former Guzzi dealer Rockwell. He went to Triumph school with Jim Hamlin and plays bass guitar in a local band. Very friendly and customer service oriented.

Bass playing Guzzi owner? Sounds familiar.
