Four Guzzi and One Ducati, Italian Rally?

(1/1)

brother dave:
I hit the road with my trusty V85 TT "Carmela" Saturday morning to meet some new friends, Giovanni, Dave, and Steve.  They were riding a couple of V7s (including a twin for my 2018 Special) and a Ducati.  We headed west to Warrenton to meet up with my friend Dan and his V85 in MacDonalds livery. After brief introductions we continued west on 211detouring onto various winding country backroads. We stopped at Gadino Cellars for an excellent tasting of whites and reds and even had a nice chat with Bill the owner and a retired Navy CDR.  Dave and Steve had to head home at this point but the rest got back on 211 west over the mountain to Luray and on to Fort Valley Road to Elizabeth Furnace. After a last snack and gas break in Front Royal headed home through a little rain. Fortunately the skies turned clear for a great ride home.

Yes so much so IF I had the V85 before my other two Guzzis I would have stopped then....
