The 200 ticket raffle is getting close to the end.
Latest count, 36 tickets left.

Thanks for the reminder Dave, I just ordered 2 and the site did not show how many are left, you can ride along with me when I go to pick it up :boozing:

they do it every year for the last 3-4years I believe. It's a fundraiser for a local animal charity

Ok. I bought some tickets April 2020 for a raffle and never heard about a winner. Was wondering if due to - that this is the same raffle or not. Guess not.
-
Didn't a guy from CA win and it was the same bike he already had?

I think it was Bert Remington?
-
That sounds right.
-
Yeah Bert Remington won last year's Cadre raffle. And the previous Cedar Vale raffle. And I've purchased a goodly number of raffle tickets for this year's Cedar Vale raffle. Which circumstances don't permit my attendance. BTW that's one lovely Breva. And it matches my Aerostich. Maybe I'll buy some more tickets. Good cause and all that.
WRT to the Cadre V7 III, it's wonderful. I was downsizing the stable (which included a 2012 Norge I gave to a nephew) and thought the Royal Enfield Classic 500 would be the keeper. Nope, the MG is the keeper. All the good features of the RE plus many more. I've been meaning to post its story but ...procrastination. .. Meanwhile here's this:

Even though it was a good cause (we donated elsewhere), I didn't buy any tickets for this year's Cadre raffle because (mine doesn't have the cup holder):

And if anyone tells you how much better these things are than motorcycles, just nod your head wisely and move on. I bought this so as an oldster I could commute for an hour, work on a friend's SCTA roadster for six hours, and survive the commute home.

Cadre just announced that the drawing will be on April 24, noon EST. Facebook Live will be carrying the feed just like last year.
-
Thats great, maybe someone can fire up the stream at the SE lunch meet-n-greet and everyone can see me win the bike live among the other guzzisti! :boozing: :boozing: :boozing:

No way man, this is going to be #5 for me! :boxing: Tho if I win, I will be getting rid of something, probably the v65 since I'm so close on finishing the Ambo project
-
My birthday is the 22nd so this will be my belated birthday present. And I have only two Guzzis but one of them is already a V7lll but it is black so a nice red one will fit right in.
