The screen has disappeared from the Australian Guzzi site. Is it really still available?

And this is what I get from our parts site.

It's a great shame as its a good screen. If you want a snappy looking alternative I suggest you ask 'Waterbottle' about his set up. I was impressed when he passed through a couple of days back.

If you can find a factory screen NOS tell me where, I'd like a spare!

That and the fuel range is why I traded 12 Griso in on a 13 Stelvio, yes the Griso is one sexy beast but Im not and needed more comfort at 57. :D

887773 is the fly screen. Keeps bugs off your instruments, but that's it.

What's the part # on your spares box Mark? I've been enquiring of the importer and was told that the 'Large' screen is also dead stock. The 'Flyscren' hasn't been available for years.

Actually looking at the UK accessories website it still has both the Flyscren and the 'Touring' screen listed.

Big screen is 887773, Flyscreen is GU06977200.

It may be that the screens are still available, although I doubt it. More likely the UK website simply hasn't been updated. The organization in the UK does seem to be spectacularly feeble and stupid!

I checked Teo Lamers where I bought mine.
It says out of stock.

I picked up a MRA windscreen with a Laminar lip (from the original owner of the Russell Day Long) and that windscreen is the bees knee's.

Wow and thanks!

The MRA's really look good, are half the price and you actually have a selection.

Which model did you get?

I'm not sure which but I'm leaning toward:

I do have a fly shield on the Griso but I don't think the add on deflectors will do the trick.  Even though I'm not tall just call me short-shanks I'm rather long in the torso.

I got what looks like the main windscreen on top that you posted, but the Laminar Lip was purchased separately (as far as I know) and applied near the top edge.

Wish I had had it for the Datil rally as my shoulders took a beating from the Givi A770 (OK, it does look better than the MRA but for touring, performance counts more). First trip where my butt survived better than any thing else - Russell Day Long seat.

It worked so well I bought a second set of mounts and put it on my Honda CB1100 (I can only ride one at a time so....... - guzzi content!).

Mine does not have the shading; I'd probably opt for that version next time.

Even if snugged down pretty good, the windscreen will fold down at the ball mounts on the windshield as you somewhere north of 90 but south of 100mph.

Once you slow back down it is easily pushed back.

Just an FYI.
