Never been to that rally, but fall time in Ky, has got to be beautiful! I'm sure, if you can go, you won't regret it.

You'd love it, Chad. It's one Brad won't miss. Last year, He and Nora rode with me down in the rain. After a half hour or so, Nora said, "I *like* this rally.. everyone's so friendly."
True, it's like family.

Oh, forgot. Very kool guided rides on one lane roads in horse country. Twisty and scenic. Oh.. and distilleries. Lots of them. There "might" be some bourbon around the campfire..

I'll echo what everyone else said. It's a great rally in a very nice setting. Good roads all round the area, beautiful scenery, good people. Oh, and a really, really nice fireplace.

Several sources list the dates as Sept. 26th-28th - Thursday through Saturday. Is that correct?

Forinstance..

It's basically a full time RV park with a big pavilion with stone fireplace in the middle of a roughly 2 acre grassy area/playground. We camp in this area. There is plenty of space.

Curt's video's will show it best. We simply turn the lawn around the picnic pavilion into one large group tent site.

Yet another shameless plug for the Kentucky Rally. Nicest fire place I've ever seen, good food, good folks, good roads, beautiful countryside. What's not to like!

I believe a couple folks from my neck of the woods are arriving there Wednesday. Several others, myself included, should be arriving there Thursday.

We've enjoyed the Ky rally every time we went. Alice got the recipe for the white chicken chili from the ladies there, it's a favorite here ever since. We were planning on being there this year again, but advanced weather-guess has temps in the mid 90s there all 3 days. Medical issues rule out spending much time (let alone riding) in that kind of heat for me. I have 2 new toys, a '17 V7III and an '03 V11 Sport and the ludicrous heat this summer has severely limited my time to ride them, (bummer).

I was up near that area Labor Day weekend celebrating my 34th wedding anniversary. Lots of curvy roads. Not sure how many miles y'all ride during the rally, but a ride down to Cumberland falls on back roads would be a nice day trip.

Sadly, my attempt to get their this year has been foiled by family plans, well actually, my not doing my planning far enough out.
