This may not be the answer you are hoping for, but when I bought my III, Enzo told me about the factory center stand interference you mention. He said the H-B center stand does not have that trouble.John Henry
Guess I will be the somewhat contrarian here ...I put a set on my V7 iii Racer ... at the time the price was a crazy $900. They are way lighter than the stock exhaust. Makes more noise. I also loaded a Beatle map to make sure the fueling wasn't too lean. And they are OK.After having them a while I kind of wished I had kept my $900. The weight savings really isn't noticeable when riding. Performance might be a wee bit better, but not really significant. And yes they make more noise, but meh, not too excited about that. So for me, looking back at it, not really worth $900 IMO.
I’m asking this after the fact, as I have a set on order from Cadre, but if you have experience with them, I would like to hear about it.
My V7 Classic came with Agostinis when I bought it off the original owner. I bought a Moto Guzzi centre stand kit that came with a chrome stop that mounts on the left muffler mount. I keep the dB killers in all the time as I’m deaf enough already.
