First time I've ever noticed a Moto Guzzi get this much exposure or taken this serious since maybe the Lemans and original V7 Sport.

The LeMans 1000 in the 1980s and the Daytona/Sport 1100 in the 1990s got lots of press.  Didn't really translate to sales, though.

The V7C was the right bike at the right time in 2009.  I hope it continues to draw people in, and I hope Guzzi continues to upgrade it!

I had a blast on the first one I rode, back in 2009.

Just for fun, I wished they would have called the article

" Thailand made Vs Italian made 2015 Scrambler Motorcycle Shootout "

It wouldn't have changed the outcome for those hipsters

You know if they included the V7 in this "Scrambler" shoot out they also should have included the Yamaha FZ7, granted it's not a retro put I think it would have fit in. I test road one on a Demo day, really a great bike for the price.

Just came back from the Ducati/MG/Triumph dealer in SLC today. They have a large cardboard poster board on a stand in the dealership  that breaks down the months across the top from left to right and down the left side the 4 Scrambler models. Each month has the numbers of Duc Scramblers available. Those that are already presold and don't have any available have a big red X through the month and the names of the people that bought them. Looked to have about 75% of their in-bound inventory pre-sold already.

Yeah , was aware of that , it was the 100 HP figure that was in question , not easy to achieve with a parallel twin engine of 1000 CCs .
