 ;-T  I had an uncle who, for his hundredth birthday, went sky diving.  He was 102 when he passed about two months ago.  :BEER:

She's been in every state in the CONUS on the back of a lead wing. Several years ago, she told me that her husband was "Getting old" on her, and was going to quit riding.. ;D She still doesn't show many signs of slowing down.  ;-T

Like many pilots, I don't like tall buildings, either.  ;D The closer I get to the edge, the farther up my..uh..nether regions want to crawl. :o
She's still dancing and teaching dance  ;D and would gladly get on the back of a motorcycle and go somewhere. Unfortunately, I don't have anything remotely serviceable for that job. She likes lead wings and harleys.

Yeah, well when I'm 87 ...   ::) That's cool Chuckie  ::(

                                                            You don't quit riding because you get old

With a lot of experience of caring for the generation that came before me "behind me" now, I've found that happiness in the last quarter of life (whatever that is for us) is a combination of:

1) Physical Condition

2) Mental Condition and

3) Attitude!!

If you've got a good Attitude, you can overcome the Physical Condition problems and still interact happily with people and live life, I've seen it happen.

The sad part happens when one's mind "goes", and the social barriers come down, and paranoia and fear of the dark and ego come to the fore; then NOTHING makes you happy, and if your physical condition also goes, it can be a really bad time, for you and for everyone ..... I'm concentrating on the "Attitude" part because that's all I have control over!!

Sounds like Chuck's sister has that part down too.   And 17 years older than Chuck?   Mom was in the infant business for a long time!!  ;-T
