My Norge has apparently developed a leak at or near the clutch slave cylinder - very annoying in a bike that has a mere 100,000 miles (can't they do better?
)
Some of the threads have been archived off, so a recent search on this topic didn't give me a lot of clear info. From what I can find, I'll need to remove the shock and swingarm to get at the dang thing - is there anything else I should know?
For those who've done this, is it usually the slave unit itself that leaks, or are the lines a problem? What parts should I be prepared to obtain?
Ah well, I can console myself with the thought that it's time to send the Hyperpro shock in for a rebuild anyway... fortunately, I have the factory unit as a spare (new warranty replacement unit).
