Is a 98 a "good year"? or whats the best year for an 1100 sport? Rick.
Just thought someone might be interested...I emailed him, says $2500 will buy it...http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/mcy/5457960804.html
It's worth a lot more than that in parts to the folks who are into spine frame Guzzis. One of you AZ members should snap that up.JJ, are you listening ??
I believe it needs a new fuel pump.
Damn, thats a couple hours drive from me......seems like it may be a steal at $2500. although the fact that its not running, makes it risky. I wonder how many miles are on it? Ive always liked the yellow ones......Ive got to get a sales pitch ready for when my wife gets home from work, help me out guys....." Ah, Honey, I need another Guzzi....Its a great deal, and its up in Phoenix.....Rick.
Maybe. It might need a new ecu if he tried to jump it with a dead battery. Still...
How about this...."Honey it's for you!!!" :)
Wifey comes home from work last night, I tell her," Honey look at this nice Guzzi for sale cheap in phoenix" Thats nice, she tells me, buy it! "you know you are going to rag me until I say go ahead and buy it" "Maybe I will buy it ,ride it for a while, and if I dont like it, sell it" " Oh you know, once you have it all taken apart in the garage, you will never sell it, you wont want to part with it"Dang, I guess my wife knows me better than I know myself!Rick.
I didnt know you were in Phoenix, John. Are you a "snowbird"?Rick.
Yes, Snowbird until Monday. Been a great two months....maybe three next year!
This is the bike from the original post. I went and looked at it yesterday. She could use some love, paint and pod filters. lots of little dings on the tank. no major dents.
original craigslist photos are dated 6/30/2013. I don't know what's been done to it. Turns over fine, doesn't run, so it's a project bike.
Maybe 15 hunnerd.. if I *wanted* it.
