The Wasatch Mountain site says the 'MNTGRP' Group area is available online now and is $125.00/night for up to 75 people...what about getting that and splitting the cost?

I was going to suggest that.  I don't have any problem fronting the cost.  I believe it said that you had to have a minimum of 25, do you think that's possible?  I was optimistically thinking about 15 to 20.  I am a more the merrier kind of guy, and if that would work I'm up for it.

Hey, I've never seen anyone on a two-wheeled vehicle turned away from a not-a-rally. Heck, I've never seen anyone turned away at all!

Hey Roy.......... sorry bout that been busy with work and all.
Ive ridden the SawTooths in Sept and it can be brisk that time of year for sure.
If I saddle up for this one I will probably room it...... hot showers and all......... I know your a better man than me

I'm thinking 25 people willing to tent-camp would be stretching it for this bunch...I wonder why they won't take individual reservations until the season has already begun...

Yes, I have the proposals from 2 resorts.  They are very attractive and actually were pretty excited to have this opportunity to "host" our get together.  I am finalizing the specifics right now and hope to have an announcement later this week.

These properties are basically across the street from each other and within 2 miles of the camp area.  If people wanted to fly a significant other in and out of Salt Lake, both of these properties would be very nice to just hang out in.  Spa amenities, beautiful properties and scenery.  I want to ride, but my wife has already let me know, I might be riding solo........

The campsite I looked at was the Springer site, it had the minimum.  The site you posted, did not have a minimum, so I think that would work and still accommodate up to 75.  How many people do you think would be there Thursday night?  I could tie up the site for Friday and Saturday night, for sure and if there was enough interest for Thursday night add that later.  For the 2 nights it would be $250.00, if that were split by 10 it would be $25 bucks each for both nights.  If only a few came in Thursday night, they could just get an individual spot.

If someone wanted to drive their RV and trailer their bike, there are 50 amp hookups and 4 paved spots available for that as well.

I’ve blocked out Thursday and Friday at my office.  Tentative plan: leave Denver Wednesday afternoon, stay overnight in Glenwood, arrive rally Thursday afternoon.  Any Denver folks up for that?

The fantastic Zermatt Resort will be the base of operations.  We will be able to reserve a room for $139 per night plus tax (resort fees are being waived).  You may reserve either a King single room, or a double Queen room.  The following link will be good until mid-April.

Camping: I have reserved the Springer-Hollow Group site for those interested in camping for Friday and Saturday night.  If there is sufficient interest I will reserve for Thursday night also.

There will be a fun ride available on Friday. About 120 miles.

There will be 2 group rides available to participate in on Saturday.

1.  Will be up Chalk Creek Rd, to Evanston, then over Mirror Lake Highway and back to Midway thru Kamas.  Approx 200 miles.

2. A dirt/street ride for those so inclined, that will include about 50 miles of easy dirt road (part of the Utah BDR) total about 150 miles.
