So the Conti radials will work on a stock spoke wheel 2013 V7 Racer? I'm going to need new rubber by mid or end of this season and I'd like to go radial.

I suspect that you may have to deflate the 150/70R17 tire to get the wheel on or off a V7.

Dan

I have to deflate the 130/80/17 to get the rear wheel in the Breva as it is, and it's still a tight squeeze.

Went on line last night, and so far here in NZ I cannot find the Conti radial in the size to fit the Breva.  In fact, it can be a real mission to find the correct size at all.  I think the importers ship a few in of various sizes, and once they run out of stock it remains so for months on end.
