Looking at the color of my hair, I've gotten the "what are YOU doing on a crotch rocket" several times.. ;D

Tell 'em "I'm 35 years old.   They've been some GREAT years though!"
"Hard pounding, this, gentlemen; let's see who pounds the longest".

YCRN as it as his avatar.

Well, his avatar is a tiny snippet of it. Would be nice to be able to view the whole thing, with audio.
Then again, when I was watching Predator I didn't think two members of its cast would become governors, either. So you never know.

Ha!, great one, Lannis.

I was asked the other week by a Goldwing Triker if my '75 Ducati was the new Scrambler.  Wasn't sure how to feel about that.
'75 Ducati 860 GT  On the road
'76 Guzzi T3   Future project
'78 Guzzi G5  Current project
'81 Guzzi G5  Organ donor
'92 BMW K75RT  On the road
'16 Triumph Thruxton R  "Holy Moly"  Gone but not forgotten, sigh.

In 15 years of Guzzi riding, never got the Ducati thing.
But all sorts of other reactions, of course.
One of the funniest was that of the parking attendant at a race circuit, writing down all the brands and registration plates of the visitors. Must have been early 2000.
A Kawadasuki 458 crf, a Yamizuda 785 vvf.  The young man could classify them all without any effort.  In my eyes stunning, since they all looked alike to me.
Then I came on my EV.  Problem was, I had the tank bag on, so no visible brand name.
I never forget his face and his extreme confusion when I tried to explain what I was riding. ;D
After asking 4 or 5 times, he gave up.  I still don't know what he wrote down  :D
