One thing about driving a BMW is there are always dedicated parking stalls open for you no matter where you end up

And they can’t spell..
They’re showing their intelligence level there....

I stake my life in my own behavior and attention, not others.

That noble, manly sentiment won't help much when it's someone ELSE'S behavior, not yours, that crushes you into the asphalt.... much as you'd like to "see everything coming", you can't always ....

Well life is always fatal.

And I don't think you're advocating we cower in our homes out of fear anymore than I think you're advocating we legislate away every single societal danger no?

I'm not advocating anarchy of legalized drinking and driving here...

"I've got no problem with you taking your half the road, just remember I'm taking my half down the middle."  Somebody told me this years ago as a joke, now that we have cell phones its no longer a joke.

When I'm lane splitting the HOV lane in SoCal, invariably the car with only a driver in it will be in a black German car. Merc, Audi, BMW. I guess they figure if they get busted it's only $340..

PSA: Fast or slow, they are extremely dangerous! Proceed with caution.
