Thanks for all advices, i really appreciate.  :azn:

The trip will be from 20:th of october to the 3:rd of november, so i hope it not will be to crowded. The plan is not only to see the country but also meet the local people.  :cheesy:

And ofcourse stay nice motorcycle dealers and other places connected to motorcycling.  :afro:

Will you be riding on a motorcycle?  Or rented car?  Or other?

If you are car/van/suv driving, you might want to look at riders-share.com website ... it is where people rent out their motorcycles.  So maybe in a very nice area (and nice weather) you might want to rent a motorcycle for a day or so.

I would suggest a visit to the Barber Motorsports Museum:  https://www.barbermuseum.org/

As for hotels, if you are on interstate, or larger size cities, it will be very easy to find hotels.  On my trips, that aren't exactly planned out, I tend to take a break around 3pm, see where I might end up around 6pm, and book the hotel.  I like that approach a lot better than rolling into a town, at the end of my day, and then trying to find a place to stay.

If you are in small towns, some will have no hotels, or maybe a questionable condition hotel.  But google maps can easily show you what's available and prices.  And in most East Coast locations you would not have to drive very far to find a place.
