Thanks for all advices, i really appreciate. The trip will be from 20:th of october to the 3:rd of november, so i hope it not will be to crowded. The plan is not only to see the country but also meet the local people. And ofcourse stay nice motorcycle dealers and other places connected to motorcycling.
Will you be riding on a motorcycle? Or rented car? Or other? If you are car/van/suv driving, you might want to look at riders-share.com website ... it is where people rent out their motorcycles. So maybe in a very nice area (and nice weather) you might want to rent a motorcycle for a day or so.I would suggest a visit to the Barber Motorsports Museum: https://www.barbermuseum.org/ As for hotels, if you are on interstate, or larger size cities, it will be very easy to find hotels. On my trips, that aren't exactly planned out, I tend to take a break around 3pm, see where I might end up around 6pm, and book the hotel. I like that approach a lot better than rolling into a town, at the end of my day, and then trying to find a place to stay. If you are in small towns, some will have no hotels, or maybe a questionable condition hotel. But google maps can easily show you what's available and prices. And in most East Coast locations you would not have to drive very far to find a place.
