It was the first oil I bought for my V7 5 years ago, and as I poured the oil into smaller packable bottles for a couple long trips, I remember thinking how it looked like I was packing a shit ton of Robitussin. If an officer stopped me and saw it, I assumed they'd believe I was headed to a college party.

The colour will be the additive package. The base oil of a true quality synthetic is clear

If you use it on pancakes you'll never need a laxative.

Motul must like coloured oils, the 300V is green like extra virgin olive oil.

At least you can tell when it's fresh.

Well, I have been using Motul for my Ducati Monster 796 for a few years. Last October, they had a rebate going at Cycle Gear, so I bought extras. Unfortunately, I never received the rebate. I did email Motul and the Trade Marketing Manager (initial DY) did replied back saying that he will send me the cash card right away, but nothing. I sent another email and he replied back saying that he will have this taken care of and that was March 2 this year. As of now, still no rebate and I am done with Motul.

I use Silkoline motor oil in my T100 Bonneville. When I took it in to have new tires put on the mechanic asked me if I put transmission fluid in my engine.
I'd much rather ask for forgiveness than ask for permission.
