Title: Bilt Techno Helmet
Post by: Scout63 on November 12, 2021, 10:10:06 PM
I picked up a Bilt Techno 3.0 modular helmet in white on the way to the National last summer and really like it.  So much that I ordered a spare in silver and put it on a shelf in the basement for later.  For $269.00 I got a great fit for my head, preinstalled bluetooth Sena headset and mic, and a shield that only costs about $30.00 to replace. The quality is much better than my HJC backup helmet but not quite as good as my old Schuberth C3.

The Bilt/Sedici helmets are the most comfortable I've ever worn, but a bit too loud.  I picked up a second hand Schuberth C3 Pro that's less noisy for sure, but a step down in easy wearing comfort.

I've been rocking a Techno 2 for 5 seasons.  Bought it for the intercom as I ride a lot with my daughter as she has an identical one. Good fit and the intercoms are still working fine. Not any noisier (or quieter) than the HJC it replaced.
