Just found out BEin sports channel is located in Miami, Florida.  They say they will be able to broadcast this weekend despite hurricane Irma. We will find out.   :undecided:

Well, mostly they rebroadcast the world feed, so I don't see any reason for the race broadcast to be affected. Perhaps their in-house broadcaster will have to do a remote-but I'm sure she'll be able to pull it off.

Anyone here already watch todays Moto GP race?  Judging by the results looks like it was hairy.   Was it wet or dry?

Yes, and yes. Very wet.

I might say very intense and entertaining.
The best part of riding a motorcycle is to tilt the horizon and to lift the front coming out of a corner and to drift the back end powering thru loose dirt and to catch a little air topping a hill and... yeah it's all good!

Yeah, it was wet and I wanted Petrucci to win, not MM. Grrr   Now both MM & Dovi. are tied in points for the title.  Go Dovi. !!

It was ironic both this race and the MA Superbike race today were led by someone (Hayden) most the way but both won by someone else (Elias) at the end.

Poor Roger.   This seasons racing isn't even over yet but Toni Elias is already next years #1 MA Superbike rider.

MM is the real champion here and he schooled Dovi today

While MM risked it all Dovi took the easy road, not sure if Dovi had some kind of mechanical issue but where was he in the last laps?

Dovi should have given his home crowd something to cheer about.

If you listened to the top 3 finishers interviews you heard all of them were on the limit and hoped whatever they did before the race was over didn't cost them their position.  Dovi. knew 3rd place was good enough under the circumstances.  If this was the last race of the year, his approach would have been different.  The season isn't over until the fat lady sings.

MM was toying.  He had everyone covered.  We've seen it before but I won't go there so the thread won't be deleted.

Kudos to him for winning and having the best ride this weekend.  He deserved the win for sure.  Dovi rode a a good race and made the most of it.   And on to the next race.
