I have to rent a utility (Uhaul) trailer and haul both of my bikes to our new digs at the lake. I have used a single motorcycle trailer before. Just concerned about tieing down two bikes (1100 Breva & EV) side by side on the same trailer.Any advice would be most helpful. Thanks,Dean
Those have lots of tie down points, should be no problem. I like to stick tires between the bikes if available. Transported all my bikes in a Uhaul from Anchorage and did just fine.
Drive very fast; less time then for things to go wrong.
;-TThat is my theory on rain too. If you ride fast enough you aren't going to get very wet.As for the move, fix the bikes and ride them.....
I never put bikes on the stands, centre or side when carting them. theyre best to be firmly held on the strops so the suspension soaks up the bumps
and leave the bikes in gear.
Both bikes are in the new garage now. Now if Cindy and I can get the movers here sometime soon my new address will be at the lake.Dean
Is this a permanent move Dean?

Your winter in Florida and Summer up in the mountains idea is a viable plan. There has to be an additional 10 million peeps on that plan clogging up the roads down here right now.
