We used to use the same Molex connectors at a manufacturing company where I used to work. .062 & .093 are the sizes I am familiar with. In my limited exposure, I have only seen the .093 size on Guzzis. I did a search on the Newark Electronics site and come up with the links below for pins that I think match the originals. They will certainly fit, work and would my be choice if buying some. Some of the connections on my 850T are double crimps, and test the limit of what the pins can handle size-wise.This link for Female pins (Part Number: 02-09-1104) that are rated for up to a 14awg conductor - the largest I could find in the listing:http://www.newark.com/molex/02-09-1104/contact-socket-20-14awg-crimp/dp/37H7276For the male pins(Part Number: 02-09-2103):http://www.newark.com/molex/02-09-2103/contact-pin-20-14awg-crimp/dp/18J1569I would highly recommend an extraction tool to pull out old pins or in case you stuff one in the wrong hole. http://www.newark.com/gc-electronics/w-ht-2038/extraction-tool-pinsocket/dp/09J1861Connectors http://www.newark.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?pageSize=25&st=molex+093&catalogId=15003&categoryId=800000006504&langId=-1&storeId=10194Some pointers from doing hundreds of connectors;Always crimp the bare wire in one set of ears and the insulation in the other for a strain relief.Avoid the urge to crimp too hard. Wires can easily be cut or weakened. Also causes bent pins. When filling the connector body, it is helpful to rotate all the crimps so they face the same direction. Insert the mating pins in the other connector corresponding to the same direction. This will help the connectors to engage smoother.
