Another Dealer Gone
« on: May 20, 2016, 12:18:51 PM »
I was thinking of getting a V9 roamer, sent my somewhat local (185 miles) dealer an email and my response was:"We are no longer going to carry the Moto Guzzi lineup.  Is there a an awesome Ducati model that I can interest you in...?"

The dealer is Harrison Euro-sports in Utah. They lasted as a MG dealer for about 1-2 yrs. Now I have to travel several mountain ranges 700+ miles to Portland or 800 miles to the Sacramento area for my neighborhood dealer. Rant over

I'll trade your lack of Guzzi Dealers and hunting, skiing, fishing opportunities for my nasty anti-gun, unbelievable traffic,Politically Correct, high tax but with a couple of Guzzi Dealers any day.

A Seattle fly and ride sounds great to me.

Fly-n-rides are awesome. I'd like to do another one, hopefully 1500 miles or more. Have to plan out 2 shops 750 miles apart to get the first service done while en route.
I'd much rather ask for forgiveness than ask for permission.

I get your point  No thanks, I moved here from CA. Yellowstone and the Tetons are only an hour away. Fishing hunting are great and so is the freedom for things that go bang.

So...they email me back and ask if I would be interested in a 2014 V7 Special at $9,900 OTD; that did not include sales tax.  I'll pass.

LOL!  they were MSRP $9290.  Last summer, Guzzi offered a total of $3,000 in factory money on them, making them very affordable.  I bought my 2014 V7 Special in August last year.  Your dealer must not have been a "participating dealer" to qualify for the factory money...

Wow, check out Moto International just a little further north in Seattle.

I was sorely tempted.

From the Deep Deep South out in left field.  There are no stupid questions.  There are however stupid people asking questions.  🤣, this includes me.  😉
