It was cold morning and we had more than the usual number cage it; but many hardy souls rode their bikes then wandered on over to Steel Horse for the swap meet. Seems like it's just a bunch of old farts swapping even older motorcycle bits.

Did see a very cool chopper with a nicely done Crosley in line four motor. Not my cup of tea and certainly not the way I would have done her up, but still, well outside the usual stuff so a welcome sight. There was also a Whizzer with the biggest motor I've ever seen in a Whizzer. Then some old custom flat tracker with a single cylinder J.A.P. motor that had been rotated down like a Guzzi single. Pretty cool machine.

27 cool degrees when ihoved off for my 55 miles for a breakfast and camaraderie fix. Whew. Chilly at freeway speeds. But warm friendship and two hot chocolates later the world was good.
Rode back the outer loop 303 which was fairly scenic considering.  The bike show swap meet jot my cup of tea, but the cottonwood nar is on the cc schedule!

Crap! I keep forgetting about Cottonwood! Remember riding to the freeway with you last year freezing my boy bits off. Holy Moly it was cold. JJ on his big white Whale could care less and zoomed on down the hill. Nice to have a fairing. This year I may wait a bit before I fly off. Get a nice hot breakfast in me first.
