Cheep New Motor for Guzzi

So this looks like a good candidate for replacing a blown, non-rollerized, 4-Valve Guzzi motor:



And the price is sooo-oo  low!

lets replace a 90ish hp motor that runs to 9000rpm with a 22hp probably side valve motor that might hold together at 3000rpm, what could possibly go wrong?
