Not much about desperate, that's a bargain on good parts that have been $$$ and hard to find for a long time- 2 250/350 desmo heads, a ceriani (or betor copy) front end, tach drive, hard to tell if veglia is real or repro.... Not a 63 because it's a widecase frame & engines, and the desmo heads like these were nearly all sourced from widecase engines. It's always been a lot easier to find 450 desmo heads, especially R/T, than any street version. Those small ones are tough to find at reasonable prices.
If that was a real deal, that was a good deal.
