It's pretty rough. I predict no one will bid.

Having a $7000 starting bid is not a good strategy to attract buyer interest.

“Pretty rough”, ....hardly.

I do agree that the seller should have started the auction lower than $7000. He may have gotten more interest, and it would probably be above 7 today.

Probably should have. eBay charges extra if put a reserve on your auction. That fee can be avoided by starting at the minimum you will accept. The fees for eBay motors are pretty high to start with.

It's rough? Are you some kind of troll? It's my bike and it's put your tongue on it clean and it runs better than the day it left Mandelo. KMA

Not to mention the odometer looks fishy. If you look at it, it looks like the its ticking over from 10000 to 20000, but the digit down is no where the 9. It just looks bad to me. Here, I would have to title it mileage unknown.

Very pretty bike.  The picture shows 13,415 as the mileage, the text 18,444.  But beautiful bike and with Ohlins suspension!  I think the 2 valve, 1100 engine might have been the very best 1100 sold.  By 2004, Guzzi figured out black engine paint if I remember correctly.  Did I say, beautiful bike?  GLWS

The speedometer indicating 13,415 is the original, and the one installed (on the left in the same photo) is a Speedhut, as he states in the ad: "custom Speedhut GPS speedometer, ....... correct mileage is 18444" It looks like he is being honest about the mileage.
Nice bike BTW, but I'm biased

Ah, thanks.  I certainly didn't read carefully enough to understand that.  Thanks for the clarification.  What a beautiful bike!

Hi guys, I'm the owner of this bike. I apologize for any confusion on the mileage. 18,444 is correct. I had much better pics and a hi res video of this bike which through my lack of tech acumen I couldn't get to post anywhere. Today after sorting through the tons of bike parts I have I have found the original mirrors (why anybody would want them I don't know), and the original boat anchor mufflers. Also I have a set of small Saddleman soft bags and custom mounts which the original owner made. If anybody on this forum buys the bike I will furnish these parts for free, you pay freight. Thanks for looking. Joel
