Sounds like a party in the works!! :thumb: :boozing: :cool: :smiley: :wink:

Bring some warm clothes. It got down to 40 last night. I am only 35 miles away as the crow flies. I don't think it willbe quite as cold this weekend though. See you there.

Early next week, here in Vortex-Land, it will be 100+ degrees, so this latest Weather Underground forecast for Susanville looks pretty good to me! :wink: :thumb: :boozing: :cool:

Just a news report. Local news source is reporting that the CHP will be doing heavy enforcement on State Route 395 due to the high number of crashes, injuries and deaths on this highway. They will be working the hwy from the Oregon to the Nevada borders. Mind your speed on this road, lots of long straight stretches, easy to lose track of how fast you are going.  See you all in a couple of days.

Good, sound advice, and there is no reason to speed about like a lunatic.

Not much one can do about Nevada SR-95 North...but I have found there is something alluring about the wide-open spaces and mountain ranges of the West... :thumb: :cool: :wink: :boozing:

Fabulous Rally and beautiful venue...A few photos of Guzzisti people from all over the place! :thumb: :cool:

* 1772 miles round trip!
* Moby Dick, (my 2014 Victory Vision), averaged 45 MPG (@ 75-80 mph)
* Burned about 39+ gallons of fuel
* We about EXPIRED on the return trip to AZ.  103 degree in Vegas at 8:30am.  105-107 degrees from Hoover Dam all the way through Kingman.  95 degrees in Williams / Flagstaff felt pretty good!

Beautiful up there in Sierra Nevada's (Susanville, CA). Snow capped Sierra's...Truckee River flowing nicely
Will compile and send photos later. 70 bikes showed up (mostly Guzzi's) at the Rally.  Good to catch up with my old Guzzi buddies from 12 years ago when I lived in Pleasanton, CA.

Thanks for posting photos! Looks like a great time and a beautiful place.
Yeah, it’s been friggin’ hot in the west. It’s going to be a hell of a summer.
What’s the bike in the last photo, the “329”?

Just a V7 Custom my buddy Jimbo recently bought...

"329" was the previous owner's racing number at Bonneville Salt Flats, "Pepperoni Brothers Racing"
