navada 750 oil leak

I saw oil leak from clutch pushrod. This. After just  exchanged  the. All. Parts. Inc. Push rod     and. Bearing. 
And. Oil seal in the end of. Push rod . what's the problem ? Maybe the oil seal goes out  ?

I'm unable to see the picture Zari..
Did you replace 90400616 in the parts manual?

Yes. I did I put. The seal on the. End. Of. Pushrod.  Are this. O.k?
