I think it's overpriced, Hagerty places a concourse example at $8500, now this has a nice chair but still I would think the value is somewhere arouind $5K , maybe higher given the chair.

I've got the BSA version of the solo bike (1955 600cc M21), and I agree - the bike itself is about $5000 worth, and the sidecar another $1500 - $2000.

Show up with a trailer and cash and you never know ... !
